The UltraCool 3.0 Oil Cooler offers an impressive 60 degrees of additional oil cooling when paired with a FLO Oil Filter, delivering the performance of a fully liquid-cooled system for your Sportster engine.

• Thermal Control System:

  • 3.0 Oil Adapter and Thermal Switch with waterproof connectors automatically activate the dual fans when oil reaches 210°F. The fans will continue to run until the oil cools to 185°F, keeping your oil at an optimal range of 200°F to 230°F to avoid overheating and improve engine performance.

• Efficient Heat Dissipation:

  • Specially designed aluminum heat exchanger with turbulators maximizes cooling efficiency for your engine.

  • Sealed Waterproof IP68 Dual Fans generate an impressive 220 CFM of airflow, ensuring your oil stays cool even during extended city rides or traffic.

• Easy Installation:

  • The plug-and-play wiring harness with a relay and waterproof connectors connects effortlessly to the battery under the seat for a simple installation process.

  • Black nylon-coated stainless steel braided oil lines with AN6 fittings provide durability and reliable performance.

• LED Indicator Light:

  • The included LED indicator light shows when the fans are operating to ensure you’re aware of the cooling system’s status.

  • Small LED Mount is included, or  Black or Chrome 1″ Clamp Handlebar LED Mounts sold separately for mounting the indicator light on 1″ handlebars only.

  • Comes with a special oil line fitting wrench and detailed instructions for a smooth installation experience.
