Overview:
3.0 UltraCool Dyna Oil Cooler provides 60 degrees of additional oil cooling when paired with a FLO Oil Filter. This cooling capability gives your Dyna the performance of a FULLY liquid-cooled engine, preventing overheating during city riding and in traffic.

• Perfect Fit for Dyna Frames (1993-2017): This cooler fits all Dyna frames from 1993 to 2017.

• Side Mount on Down Tube: The cooler mounts neatly on the down tube for a clean and efficient installation.

• Choice of Covers: Select between a beautiful Chrome or Powder-Coated Black Grill Cover to protect the heat exchanger and fans. For a more “Performance” look, choose the “Naked” version, which has no cover or grill.

• Advanced Thermal Control: The 3.0 Oil Adapter and Thermal Switch feature waterproof connectors, automatically turning on the dual fans when your oil temperature reaches 210°F, running until the oil cools to 185°F. UltraCool’s goal is to keep the oil at an optimal temperature range of 200°F-230°F for maximum engine performance.

• Efficient Heat Dissipation: The specially designed aluminum heat exchanger, with turbulators, ensures maximum heat dissipation to maintain a cooler engine.

• Powerful Dual Fans: The IP68 Sealed Waterproof Dual Fans generate an incredible 220 CFM of airflow, effectively cooling the oil even under the toughest conditions.

• Plug-and-Play Installation: The plug-and-play wiring harness, with relay and waterproof connectors, connects easily to your battery under the seat for a simple installation.

• Durable Oil Lines: Black nylon-coated stainless steel braided oil lines with AN6 fittings ensure durability and long-lasting performance.

• LED Indicator Light: An LED light lets you know when the fans are operating, keeping you informed of the system’s status.

• LED Mount Included: The kit comes with an LED mount for easy installation.

• Handlebar LED Mounts: Black or Chrome 1″ clamp handlebar LED mounts are available separately for a customized look. (1″ handlebars only)

• Specialized Tools: The kit includes a specially designed Oil Line Fitting Wrench and detailed installation instructions for a smooth setup.

Additional Recommendations:

• Electrical Connectors: 2012-2017 models should use #SMB-127 or #SMB-Y129 connectors for easier installation.

• Oil Filters for Additional Cooling: We recommend using FLO Oil Filters: PCS4B, PCS4C, or PCS4BC, which provide better cooling and make oil changes easier.
