UltraCool Oil Cooler 3.0 for M8 FLH Engines (2017-Current with oil cooled cylinder heads)
Overview: M8 engines come equipped with oil coolers that circulate oil to the heads, but most of the oil returns to the stock oil cooler. Unfortunately, the stock cooler alone isn’t enough to prevent overheating in traffic or city riding. Unlike our UltraCool Oil Coolers for Twin Cam engines, which replace the stock oil cooler, the Side Mount UltraCool Oil Coolers for the M8 works with the stock cooler, cooling all the oil effectively. This solution, combined with a FLO Oil Filter, provides the M8 engine with 60 degrees of additional oil cooling, giving it the performance of a FULLY liquid-cooled engine!

Perfect Fit for 2017-Current M8 Oil-Cooled Engines: Fits FLH Milwaukee 8 Frames from 2017 to present, including FreeWheeler and Road Glide 3 Trikes (For FreeWheeler and Tri Glide 3, please select “full-size engine guard” when ordering, even if you don’t have an engine guard).
Side Mount on Down Tube: Designed for a clean and efficient installation with a side-mount positioning on the down tube.
Choice of Covers: Choose from a beautiful Chrome or Powder-Coated Black Grill Cover to protect the heat exchanger and fans. For a more “Performance Bagger” look, select the “Naked” version, which comes without covers or grills for a cleaner aesthetic.
Advanced Thermal Control: The 3.0 Oil Adapter and Thermal Switch feature waterproof connectors and automatically activate the dual fans when the oil reaches 210°F, staying on until the oil cools to 185°F, maintaining optimal oil temperatures between 200°F-230°F.
Efficient Heat Dissipation: The specially designed aluminum heat exchanger includes turbulators that maximize heat dissipation, ensuring your engine stays cooler for longer.
High-Performance Dual Fans:Sealed, Waterproof IP68 Dual Fans generate an impressive 220 CFM of airflow to keep the oil cool even in the toughest conditions.
Simple Installation: The plug-and-play wiring harness with relay and waterproof connectors easily connects to your battery under the seat, making installation quick and easy.
Durable Oil Lines: Black nylon-coated stainless steel braided oil lines with AN6 fittings for strength and durability.
LED Indicator: An LED indicator light shows when the fans are running, so you’ll know when the system is actively cooling.
Mount and Tools Included: The kit includes an LED mount, a specially designed oil line fitting wrench, and detailed instructions to guide you through the installation process.
For additional cooling, we recommend using FLO Oil Filters: PCS4B, PCS4C, and PCS4BC. These filters help with easier maintenance and improve overall cooling performance.
