3.0 UltraCool Oil Cooler Center Frame Mount for Softail (2000-2017)

The 3.0 UltraCool Oil Cooler delivers 60 degrees of additional oil cooling when paired with a FLO Oil Filter, providing your Softail engine with the performance of a fully liquid-cooled system.

Key Features:

• Fits Softail Frames 2000-2017: Compatible with Softail models from 2000 to 2017 without ABS brake components in the middle of the frame. If your bike has ABS brakes, check out our Side Mount options.

• Protective Grill Cover Options: Choose from a Chrome or Powder-Coated Black Grill Cover to protect the heat exchanger and fans.

• Thermal Control System:

  • The 3.0 Oil Adapter and Thermal Switch automatically activate the dual fans when oil temperature reaches 210°F. The fans continue running until the oil is cooled to 185°F.

  • UltraCool maintains oil at an optimal temperature range of 200°F to 230°F, preventing overheating and enhancing engine performance.

• High-Performance Heat Dissipation:

  • The specially designed aluminum heat exchanger with turbulators maximizes heat dissipation, improving cooling efficiency.

  • Sealed Waterproof IP68 Dual Fans deliver an impressive 220 CFM of airflow, ensuring maximum cooling performance.

• Easy Installation:

  • The plug-and-play wiring harness with a relay and waterproof connectors connects directly to the battery under the seat for quick and simple installation.

  • Includes black nylon-coated stainless steel braided oil lines with AN6 fittings for durability and improved performance.

• LED Indicator Light: The kit includes an LED indicator light that lets you know when the fans are actively cooling. The mount for the LED light is included in the kit.

  • Optional Black or Chrome 1″ LED light mounts are available separately for 1″ handlebars only.

• Durable and Easy to Maintain: Comes with a specially designed oil line fitting wrench and detailed installation instructions to make setup as straightforward as possible.

• You may also need:

• Electrical Connectors: 2011-2017 Softails should use #SMB-127 or #SMB-Y129 for specific installations.

• FLO Oil Filters for Enhanced Cooling: PCS4B, PCS4C, and PCS4BC for added cooling performance and easier maintenance.

Important Notes:
